Resend My Flight Confirmation Email

Resend My Flight Confirmation Email

Important: Your Email Receipt and Itinerary can be used as an invoice!

If you'd like your email receipt and itinerary to be sent to another person or an alternate email address, open on your trip in My Bookings and then tap "Resend Confirmation Email." You can then enter the new email address, and tap "Resend Email." (pending confirmation)

Important

Your confirmation email is your official purchase receipt and can be used as an invoice.

Basic Economy Fares

If you've booked a basic economy or light fare ticket, it is the airline's most restrictive non-refundable fare. The airline will not allow you to make any changes or cancellations to the itinerary and they do not make exceptions.

Seat selection

Advanced seat selection is not available for basic economy bookings and families will often not be able to sit together. Some airlines may allow you to select your seats in advance for a fee.

Baggage

Depending on your itinerary, a carry-on bag may or may not be allowed. In the case that a carry-on is not permitted, you will be required to check your bag and pay the airline's checked bag fee.

Your Ticket Number

Your ticket number can be found in the email receipt and itinerary that was sent to you when you first made your booking.

Important

  • OneAir does not send physical plane tickets in the mail. Not to worry! All you need to check in for your flight is your OneAir confirmation code and your travel ID (such as a passport). Once you check in for your flight before departure, the airline will provide you with your boarding passes.
  • Low-cost carriers such as Spirit or Frontier do not issue ticket numbers. You will need to use the airline's confirmation code to manage your booking directly with the airline.

Flight Status

It is always a good idea to check the status of your flight before you leave for the airport and when you arrive. Last minute changes can happen from time to time, due to things like bad weather or mechanical issues.

You should be able to check your flight's status on the airline's main web page or the airport's website. We recommend keeping an eye on those big screens in the airport while waiting for connecting flights! Some airlines offer a flight status text alert feature which you can sign up for when managing your booking on their website.
