Payment and Cardholder Verification

In rare cases depending on the destination or timing of your booking, we may need to confirm your payment method for security reasons. If that happens, you will receive an email or call from an OneAir representative. It's important to follow the steps in the email or call-in order to avoid your booking being cancelled. You may be asked to take steps to verify your identity and legitimacy of the payment method.

Due to high volumes of internet fraud, we're just trying to make sure that the cardholder has in fact authorized the transaction and the booking. We have an automated system that tells us when a booking needs a closer look, and rest assured, we will never ask for any sensitive information beyond the minimum needed to establish the cardholder’s identity. Any sensitive information is properly disposed of after use and is never stored.
